Stock samples can be shipped within 24 hours. For custom samples, after confirming the design, it typically takes about 7 days. If expedited service is needed, please discuss it with our sales representative.
For custom orders:
500 to 3,000 pieces: 10 working days
3,000 to 10,000 pieces: 20 working days
Expedited production is available upon request. We also maintain 500 pieces of each style in stock, which can usually be shipped within 24 hours, depending on inventory.

For stock items, the minimum order is 50 pieces, while the minimum for OEM orders is 500 pieces.
Yes, we have a comprehensive quality inspection process to ensure product quality. We recommend confirming samples before placing an order. If the quality of the bulk production differs from the samples and results in a loss, we will take responsibility. Please communicate any feedback within 10 days of receiving the goods.
